The South East European Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (SEECEL) is an initiative for structured cooperation among participating countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia, Kosovo*, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey) on lifelong entrepreneurial learning.
In order to secure the sustainability and further development of SEECEL's activities, the requirement for a dedicated physical facility was identified. Its construction was considered a good basis for the possible transformation into a European Entrepreneurial Learning Centre, which would be the first European institution established in the Western Balkans.
WBIF has provided a technical assistance grant to support the project implementation. Technical assistance was divided into two components. Component 1 concerned the supervision of works and Component 2 covered the interior design, preparation of tender documents, and assistance with tendering procedure.
