Since 2009, the WBIF has supported estimated investments of €6.7 billion in the public sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The country has benefited from 82 grants worth over €1.1 billion in technical assistance and investment co-financing. The EU IPA grant support channelled through the WBIF accounts for €1,086 million and covers both technical assistance and investment works. Other donors have also contributed €18 million
