This WBIF technical assistance grant concerned the preparation of the Feasibility Study, including the Preliminary Design and the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, for the construction of the Motorway A4 Skopje - Blace, section Interchange Stenkovec - Blace border crossing point with Kosovo on Route 6a, as part the Orient/East-Med Corridor.
The length of the section is approximately 12.4 km, linking the existing Stenkovec interchange, which is part of the Skopje bypass motorway, and Blace border crossing point with Kosovo. The planned Motorway A4 Skopje - Blace will connect Skopje to Kosovo via Route 6a and the latter to Corridor VIII as part of the extension of the TEN-T Core Network to the Western Balkans on the Orient/East-Med Corridor.
